Day Care Nursery Provisions by OTCA
Oaktree Nursery
Oaktree Nursery was established in July 2016 at the Oaktree Community Centre in Acton in partnership with Acton Community Forum. The nursery provided high quality affordable childcare operating under a challenging environment in a regeneration area where the nursery had to move premises from its original space at Osborne Road (W3 8SJ) to a new temporary location at 5-11 Hanbury Road (W3 8RF) and managed to successfully pass two OFSTED registration inspections (Reg. EY538990 & EY552524). While the business successfully operated under temporary conditions, due to programmed building demolition, a third alternative premise could not be found and it ceased operation end of January 2019. OTCA is now looking for a suitable location and partners to work with.

Home Care for Children and Young Adults
If you are caring for your sick or disabled child at home, then we can provide the support that you, your child and the rest of your family need. We will work with you to guarantee your child has the best opportunity to be as independent as possible.
For young adults, we can provide care and support up to the age of 21 supporting them to stay healthy, happy and safe in the comfort of their own homes.
We can provide assistance outside of the home, at school or college and during social activities.
Special Needs
Our healthcare professionals and nursery nurses have years of experience working with many children with special needs. They are able to guide you through the process required during early stages of SEN support given in nurseries and schools and in the development of an education, health and care (EHC) plan – a plan of care for children and young people aged up to 25 who have more complex needs.
Mental Health & Learning Disabilities
Our care consultants and nurses will work with local social care, education and other stakeholders to identify SEN children at early age and provide each child with positive, healthy outcomes that meet all their needs.
Physical Disabilities.
Our healthcare professionals and nursery nurses have many years of experience helping children with significant physical and mental disabilities to enjoy the most fulfilling life possible in the comfort and safety at nurseries and their own homes.
We will work closely with parents to ensure they get a little time to themselves while ensuring their children’s needs are looked after to the highest standards.
